Monster 25 GPM Portable Pump - 3/4hp, 120/230V 60HZ

The Monster 25 GPM Portable Pump is built for speed. At 3450 RPM with a 3/4HP Baldor motor, it moves light viscosity oils at 25 GPM. Vegetable oil, fuel oil, motor oil, and similar fluids transfer fast. Plug it in, pick it up by the handle, and pump.

This unit pairs the GSM25 cast-iron pumphead with a custom US-Made Baldor motor wound for 3450 RPM. The higher RPM doubles the flow rate compared to the 12 GPM configuration, making this the right choice when throughput matters and the fluid is light enough to move at speed. It comes pre-wired with a heavy-duty switch and power cord and ships with a carry handle. No additional wiring or assembly required.

The GSM25 Pumphead

The GSM25 is a direct-drive, cast-iron positive displacement gear pumphead with helical-cut steel gears. It is self-priming, delivers fast fluid transfer, and relies on the fluid itself for internal gear lubrication. Viton seals provide compatibility with vegetable oils, light gear oils, and other low viscosity fluids.

The Motor

Custom US-Made Baldor motor, 3/4HP, 3450 RPM, 120/230V 60Hz. Pre-wired with a heavy-duty switch and 2.5 ft power cord. Ships wired for 120V, rewirable for 230V.
