Monster 12 GPM Portable Pump - 3/4hp, 120/230V 60HZ

The Monster 12 GPM Portable Pump is the workhorse of the lineup. At 1725 RPM with a 3/4HP Baldor motor, it produces 12 GPM and has the torque to move motor oil, gear oil, and vegetable oil without stalling. Plug it in, pick it up by the handle, and pump.

This unit pairs the GSM25 cast-iron pumphead with a custom US-Made Baldor motor wound for 1725 RPM. The lower RPM relative to the 25 GPM configuration means more torque per revolution, which is what makes this the right choice for medium viscosity fluids. It comes pre-wired with a heavy-duty switch and power cord and ships with a carry handle. No additional wiring or assembly required.

The GSM25 Pumphead

The GSM25 is a direct-drive, cast-iron positive displacement gear pumphead with helical-cut steel gears. It is self-priming, delivers fast and pulseless fluid transfer, and relies on the fluid itself for internal gear lubrication. Viton seals provide compatibility with vegetable oils, motor oils, gear oils, and other medium-viscosity fluids.

The Motor

Custom US-Made Baldor motor, 3/4HP, 1725 RPM, 120/230V 60Hz. Pre-wired with a heavy-duty switch and 2.5 ft power cord. Ships wired for 120V, rewirable for 230V.
