Monster 12 GPM Bare Pump - 1/2hp, 12V DC

Bare pump assembly. No switch, no plug, no handle. This unit ships ready for hardwiring into a 12V DC vehicle, marine, or off-grid power system.

This configuration pairs the GSM25 cast-iron pumphead with a 12VDC motor at 1/2HP, producing 12 GPM. It is the right choice for mobile applications where AC power is not available and the pump will be wired directly into a vehicle electrical system, battery bank, or DC control circuit.

The GSM25 Pumphead

The GSM25 is a direct-drive, cast-iron positive displacement gear pumphead with helical-cut steel gears. It is self-priming, delivers fast and pulseless fluid transfer, and relies on the fluid itself for internal gear lubrication. Viton seals provide compatibility with vegetable oils, motor oils, gear oils, and other high-viscosity fluids.

The Motor

12VDC motor, 1/2HP. Shipped without switch, plug, or wiring. Requires direct connection to a 12V DC power source. Suitable for vehicle-mounted or battery-powered installations.
