Monster 12 GPM Portable Pump with 3-Position Switch - 3/4hp, 120/230V 60HZ

The Monster 12 GPM Portable Pump with 3-Position Switch adds forward, off, and reverse control to the standard 12 GPM portable. Same GSM25 pumphead and 3/4HP Baldor motor, but the 3-position switch lets you reverse flow direction without moving hoses. Useful when you need to drain a line or recover fluid from a container.

This unit runs at 1800 RPM, which puts it in the medium viscosity range. Motor oil, gear oil, and vegetable oil all move well at this speed. The 3-position switch is wired in-line and replaces the standard on/off switch. Everything else is identical to the standard 12 GPM portable: pre-wired, carry handle included, ready to pump out of the box.

The GSM25 Pumphead

The GSM25 is a direct-drive, cast-iron positive displacement gear pumphead with helical-cut steel gears. It is self-priming, delivers fast and pulseless fluid transfer, and relies on the fluid itself for internal gear lubrication. Viton seals provide compatibility with vegetable oils, motor oils, gear oils, and other medium viscosity fluids.

The Motor

Custom US-Made Baldor motor, 3/4HP, 1800 RPM, 120/230V 60Hz. Pre-wired with a 3-position switch (forward/off/reverse) and power cord. Ships wired for 120V, rewirable for 230V.
