    Keep your fuel flowing in extreme cold with this large fuel filter heater wrap. It wraps around your canister filter and adds heat to your fuel at the filter where its most likely to clog. 

    Key Features

    • Comes with one heated filter wrap rated 200W at 12VDC. Uses 14 gauge wire and draws 16.6A.
    • Works with Donaldson Filters and other large canister filters. Surface temperature can reach 300F or higher. Use only on metal filters.
    • Fits canisters with a diameter from 3.5 to 4.5 inches and a circumference from 11 to 14 inches. Heating area measures 6 inches high by 11 inches long.
    • Made from heavy duty heating material manufactured in the US by Arlon Silicone Technologies Division.

    Perfect. Must be careful checking it with a bare hand, but have brought gelled system back to life in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

    No wiring kit available for in dashboard installation in commercial trucks. Nor any installation instructions for immediate roadside use

    We wired these up with alligator clips on the cord. So far we have only had a few machines with #2 fuel gelled up in the fuel filters, and had them running shortly after heating the fuel filters up with your heaters. They have payed for themselves in the amount of Non-revenue time saved so far to get equipment in our shop.

    It is exactly what I expected and pretty sure it will do the job.

    The weather has been pretty mild since I installed the fuel filter heater. It is exactly what I expected and pretty sure it will do the job. It is getting kinda late in the season to have temps down to wear I will need it but there is always next year.
