Goldstream 4 GPM Portable Oil Transfer Pump - 3/4hp, 120/220V 60HZ

The Goldstream 4 GPM Portable Oil Transfer Pump is built for heavy viscosity fluids that other pumps struggle with. Motor oil, gear oil, vegetable oil, and B100 biodiesel all move reliably at 4 GPM with no pressure regulator to cause problems.

This unit pairs the GSM8 cast-iron pumphead with a custom US-Made Baldor motor running at 1725 RPM. The lower motor speed is what makes this configuration effective for heavy oils. It produces four times the torque of a 3450 RPM motor, which means the pump moves thick fluids without stalling or overheating. The pumphead relies on the fluid itself for internal gear lubrication, so it is well suited to continuous duty oil transfer applications.

The GSM8 Pumphead

The GSM8 is a direct-drive, cast-iron positive displacement gear pumphead. It is self-priming, runs without a pressure regulator, and uses Viton seals for compatibility with high-viscosity and high-temperature fluids. Ports are 1/2" NPT. Not suitable for water.

The Motor

The Baldor 34M185Y166G1 is a custom US-Made motor built for this application. At 1725 RPM and 3/4HP it drives the GSM8 to produce 4 GPM. It includes a commercial-duty power switch and a 2.5 ft power cord, and comes with thermal overload protection. Wired for 120V out of the box, rewirable for 220V.

Reversible Flow

This pump can be wired for dual directional flow. Rewire the motor leads or add a reversing switch to change flow direction. Useful for drum filling, tank transfers, and recirculation applications.
