Monster 25 GPM Portable Pump - 1hp, 120/230V 60HZ

The Monster 25 GPM Portable Pump with 1HP motor is the high-output option in the portable lineup. Same 3450 RPM speed and 25 GPM flow as the 3/4HP version, but with a full horsepower motor that gives you more torque reserve for sustained runs and slightly denser fluids.

This unit pairs the GSM25 cast-iron pumphead with a custom US-Made Baldor motor wound for 3450 RPM at 1HP. If you are running the pump for extended periods, pushing fluid through longer hose runs, or working with fluids on the denser end of the light viscosity range, the extra horsepower keeps the motor from working at its limit. It comes pre-wired with a heavy-duty switch and power cord and ships with a carry handle. No additional wiring or assembly required.

The GSM25 Pumphead

The GSM25 is a direct-drive, cast-iron positive displacement gear pumphead with helical-cut steel gears. It is self-priming, delivers fast and pulseless fluid transfer, and relies on the fluid itself for internal gear lubrication. Viton seals provide compatibility with vegetable oils, motor oils, light gear oils, and other low to medium viscosity fluids.

The Motor

Custom US-Made Baldor motor, 1HP, 3450 RPM, 120/230V 60Hz. Pre-wired with a heavy-duty switch and 2.5 ft power cord. Ships wired for 120V, rewirable for 230V.
