Monster 12 GPM Bare Pump - 1hp, 230/460V 3-Phase

Bare pump assembly. No switch, no plug, no handle. This unit ships ready for hardwiring into a 3-phase control panel, skid, or permanent installation.

This configuration pairs the GSM25 cast-iron pumphead with a stock US-Made Baldor motor at 1HP and 1770 RPM on 60hz 230/460V 3-phase power, producing 12 GPM. It is intended for facilities with 3-phase power infrastructure where the pump will be wired directly or a VFD.

The GSM25 Pumphead

The GSM25 is a direct-drive, cast-iron positive displacement gear pumphead with helical-cut steel gears. It is self-priming, delivers fast and pulseless fluid transfer, and relies on the fluid itself for internal gear lubrication. Viton seals provide compatibility with vegetable oils, motor oils, gear oils, and other high-viscosity fluids.

The Motor

Stock US-Made Baldor motor, 1HP, 1770 RPM, 230/460V 3-phase 60Hz. Shipped without switch, plug, or wiring. Requires hardwiring by a qualified electrician. Suitable for use with a motor starter or VFD.
