Solid Basket Centrifuge 25KG Capacity

Separate large volumes of solids and liquids without babysitting the process. Raw Power centrifuges have been the mainstay of the waste oil cleaning community for years, and the same machines are now at work in algae harvesting, from high school science clubs to university labs and large research firms. This is the industrial end of that line: a 25 KG solid bowl basket centrifuge in 304 stainless steel on a cast iron frame.

How it works

The mixture feeds into the rotor through the top port in the lid. Solids collect against the bowl wall while clear liquid leaves through the retractable skimmer or overflows the bowl and drains out the bottom port. Drain plugs in the base of the rotor let the unit empty itself between runs.

This is a batch processor. You load a batch, run it until the cake reaches the dryness you want, unload, and go again.
