The Monster 20 GPM Portable Pump is the high-flow international-power version of our GSM25-based portable transfer system, configured for 50Hz grids (110/220V) and built to move high-viscosity oils continuously in the field.
Our pump lineup is built around a small number of proven cast-iron pumpheads. Each pumphead is paired with a motor selected for the target flow rate, fluid viscosity, and local power availability. This unit pairs the GSM25 pumphead with a 50Hz Baldor motor running at 2850 RPM, producing 20 GPM. It is the right configuration for international operators who need higher-volume oil transfer of medium weight oils.
The GSM25 Pumphead
The GSM25 is a direct-drive, cast-iron positive displacement gear pumphead with helical-cut steel gears. It delivers fast, quiet, and pulseless fluid transfer. The design is inherently self-priming and relies on the fluid itself for internal gear lubrication. High-temp Viton seals provide compatibility with vegetable oils and motor oils.
The Motor: 50Hz International Configuration
This unit is fitted with a custom US-Made Baldor motor wound for 50Hz international power (110/220V, 3/4HP). At 2850 RPM it drives the GSM25 to produce 20 GPM and delivers the torque needed to move medium viscosity oils. The motor comes pre-wired with a heavy-duty switch and power cord. Customer provided plug required.
