I still have not installed my centrifuge but I am very happy with the quality of the machine and I look forward to using it soon!

works GREAT like it's suppose to

Hose from heater to top of lid should be replaced with a different style. Oil weeps out of the silicone hose that was provided. Otherwise, great product.

We are happy and satisfied with the centrifuge. It arrived complete with everything.

Assembly was minor and went smooth.

We are a tyre pyrolysis company. For 18 months, we are struggling to clean our oil. We managed to do all kind of test runs. The last 20 days it is running for 14 hours per day. We have already centrifuged 4000 liters (twice). It is clean. Even after filtering with 1 micron filters, we were able to centrifuge greasy stuff out.

We are very much satisfied. We are contemplating to buy 3 more to install to centrifuge oil for our commercial deliveries. Kind regards

"It's good stuff. I am happy with both items. In truth, I have not yet installed the heating element as I will need to pull in some #10 wire to handle the amperage for the 220V circuit. I am not the best at knowing which wires go where in these things so I will probably need to contact the manufacturer and find out where each colored wire goes but I'm sure it will work once I get that sorted out.

I process right around 1000 gallons of oil per year. That's how much oil my source produces each year and it has been very consistent for nearly 9 years now. The centrifuge is great. We've been using it for about 5 years now and although it is no longer clean and shiny, it still does the job perfectly. It is a great machine and a ""must-have"" item in my biodiesel processing operation."

Great for large quantities of algae

Our lab researching algal biofuels recently purchased this centrifuge, and we have been very happy with the results. We have observed about 90% separation efficiency at a fairly fast flow rate of 1 L/min and up to 96% at slower flow rates. This seems to be as good or better than results from much more expensive centrifuges.

A really nice machine

After recieving the RPC Extreme the assembly went smoothly. Instruction videos and the written manual made it a lot easier. Cleaning 1 barrel of waste motor oil was fun and easy, thanks for delivering an awesome piece of work.

Clean Oil, Hot

Item was received promptly but with some minor damage from shipping (not your fault). Replacement temperature adjuster knob received from Jason Jelonek. System functioning properly...finished product is very clean and rate is good too. Heater works very well - loads of heat.

Expensive and worth every penny

Does not need filters. In-line heater is wonderful! Could not be happier. Time to get rid of dieselcraft centrifuge. Well worth the bucks!
