Our bolt-on heater provides heat where you need it
The WVO Designs Bolt-on Heater thins the oil as it enters the centrifuge, making for faster processing times and significantly increasing the cleaning power. We see it as an essential upgrade. Heating the oil reduces its viscosity, allowing for superior removal of water and particles. By adding the heater, you eliminate variables and clean at a constant temperature, regardless of ambient conditions. We recommend heating oil to at least 150°F for optimal cleaning.

- This heater is efficient by design. Instead of heating your entire feedstock supply, you only heat the oil entering the centrifuge. This saves power and increases your overall cleaning efficiency.
