Hose In Hose

Many conversions in northern climates benefit from HIH. While initially appearing quite complicated and leak prone they are actually quite inexpensive and safe.

The following design uses 3/8" aluminum fuel line and 3/4" heater hose with a 5/8" heater hose connection in the vehicle system. Hose In Hose 01.JPG

The aluminum fuel line would seal at the compression fitting, but instead of ending would continue through the pipe tee and concentric with the 3/4" coolant line.
