Product is well designed, very few revisions needed.
Inline heater assembly in OUR tests revealed insufficient heat capability for 5000 RPM centrifuge operating at 20 GPH and 165F. Max temp capable was 140F. Vibration issue was very minimal considering rotor speed. Controller for VFD motor was simple, versitile, and definately the right choice.
No problems with workmanship whatsoever. Well packaged for shipping and both units arrived in good condition. Customer service is excellent, with the manufacturer standing behind any concern. Correspondence is also excellent with concise information returned promptly.
