We distribute Designs and Products relating to the use of WVO (Waste Vegetable Oil) as fuel for diesel vehicles.
The Designs are available free and include such goodies as my Ford PSD conversion including the automatic WVO controller. This design is very complete and includes pictures, a complete parts lists and schematics fuel routing and the electronics. Many users have used this design completely or as a starting point for their own conversions. To date, I have nothing close to this level of detail available free or payed for.
The Products are offered to address either an issue with availability or price. Products such as the WVO Centrifuge, require tooling that makes individual manufacture impractical. I have made this investment and will continue to pass much of the savings on to the community. This will put market pressure on the existing manufacturers and further reduce prices in this market.
The Community is really what is important here. I will offer my time and expertise to develop the designs equipment that you need. I can also source products that may be hard to find and buy in bulk to reduce costs. However, community involvement is nessasary to determine the product needs direction aswell and continued development and testing. If we all share effort, we can get things done quicker and for much less money than any "real" corporation.

A quick overview of the Raw Power WVO Centrifuge:
This system offers many advantages over the Dieselcraft and Spinner systems:
No Pumps - Gravety Feed is VERY reliable - its FREE and will never wear out!
No Pressure - High pressure pumps and fittings are expensive and leaks costly
Direct Drive - Rotor speed is unquestionable
High capacity - Rotor holds over half a liter - about the total size of a OC-20
Single pass - Adjust flow rate to suit cleaning requirement and temperature
Thoughts on Falling Fuel prices I don’t purchase fuel very often any more but even I have noticed that the cost of a gallon has fallen significantly in recent weeks from the craziness of the summer. I have long since abandoned the idea that the general public looks at the world the same way that I do and I wonder the impact of this on the biofuel industry. I know that people are generally lazy in nature and by and large financially motivated. Clearly this drop in fuel price is going to allow people that were once very motivated to seek alternative energy so ... by leongriffin Readmore...
Cold Weather WVO Here is an interesting tidbit of a WVO observation. Mid summer, I put a sample of oil that I ran through the centrifuge next to a sample of oil that I had not. Both samples where “clear” but you could see particles in the pre centrifuged sample and it had a darker look. Both of these sample came from the same source restaurant. Average temperature was mid to high 80s. The interesting part is when I looked at the samples recently. Now November, the average temperature is high 50s or so and you can see t ... by leongriffin Readmore...
Raw Power WVO Centrifuge Prototype The prototype Raw Power WVO Centrifuge is all set up and I have to say it is SWEEEET!. And I normally don’t condone use of capitals! To properly integrate the new unit, I build a very sturdy table and improved the wiring with a weather proof junction box with weather proof switches. I also added my prototype inline heater that I will be offering as a bolt on option. Everything worked like a dream, the fabricated enclosure was impossible to seal properly and I ended up blowing out the upper motor bearing due to ... by leongriffin Readmore...
